Schema Linter — 35 deterministic rules covering structural correctness, key hygiene, performance, naming, and data-modelling smells. Rules are configurable and individual findings can be suppressed.

Index Advisor — finds missing foreign key indexes, partial-index and compound-index candidates, and redundant or duplicate indexes from DDL alone; adds never-scanned indexes and sequential-scan-dominated tables from real PostgreSQL statistics via the Local Connector. Exports a CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY migration.

AI Schema Copilot — schema-aware answers, validated citations, and parseable DDL proposals. Runs on the provider you configure in the free Local Connector (Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Ollama, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint); SchemaIQ operates no AI service and the browser holds no credentials.

The score, the linter, and static index advice run entirely in the browser. Runtime statistics, the read-only query runner, and the Copilot are opt-in and run through the Local Connector on your own machine.
